Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
